Building my first PC

Hi all, I will be building my first pc in a few weeks time, hopefully.  As of now I'm still getting my configuration sorted out, but I think I have it pretty narrowed down.  Everything below would be from directron.com.  I'm posting here to first of all make sure all of the components are compatible and that there will be no conflicts that way.  Secondly, I would appreciate any suggestions/advice.  Some items like mouse, keyboard, etc I'm not posting.  Thanks http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'\' />

nice computer config. Its not the greatest but its better then wat i have im only running a 1.8 with 512 ddr ram and 128 vid

Looks good.
I would, however, look at spending the money for a fast SATA drive.
Look at the Maxtor Diamondmax 9 or 10s.
Also look into a silent heatsink and fan for the processor. Zalaman is an excellent choice.

It has way better cooling and is nearly silent.
I also recommend at least a G-Force FX 5200 128meg or better for your video card.

I would get a socket LGA 775 800 FSB processor since your motherboard supports it
