But other logs asking for the removal of them

Can you do the following
Set Windows To Show Hidden Files and Folders
* Click Start.
* Open My Computer.
* Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
* Select the View Tab.
* Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
* Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
* Uncheck the Hide Extensions for known file types
* Click Yes to confirm.
* Click OK.
Go to this folder>>C:\Documents and Settings\John\Application Data
Right click on an empty spot and left click NEW>>Folder
Name the new folder Backup
Can you rename these files please by right clicking on them and select Rename
add a .ren to the end of them so they look like the below
wklnhst.dat.ren
tizhook.bin.ren
tizhook.vers.ren
tizinf.xml.ren
tizupd.bin.ren
Then move them into the backup folder
See if you have any problems afterwards

Remember to change alcanshorty4.txt to alcanshorty4.bfu
