Yes, if you want to be on the anti scammers list your going to need to get a lot more transactions and also get your posts up, be known as trustworthy by the community and make yourself seen by elites and you'll make that list, and as far as being an mm you must have a lot of peoples trust for a long time and everyone must feel comfortable with you holding their stuff before you can be an official mm, after that you should have no problem.
