Microsoft 200 datacenter server Bootfiles

anyone know where i can find microsoft datacenter 2000 server boot files or if i take the boot files out of windows 2000 and but them into windows 2000 datacenter will microsoft datacenter 2000 server boot up once i insert the cd in dos.
