Can you do the following please
You have both McAfee's AV and Avast AV installed
This is not practical as both together will cause conflicts and decrease system performance

I suggest you access your add/remove programs and remove one or the other
Reboot the computer afterwards
Come back here and post a fresh hijackthis log please

well i really cant delete either, my dad wont let me. but if you can just plz try to find a way around it i would be happy.

A: Yes. Using two or more antivirus programs can cause problems and the operating system may become unstable.

NOTE: you can disable one AV from running in the background and use it as an on demand scanner
But having more than one Active av running in the background for realtime protection does more harm than good

Consider the above, afterwards, post back a fresh hijackthis log
I'll help you whether you decide to keep 2 running in the background or not
