Windows xp pertition

How do I get rid of a ntfs pertition after installing XP. Or for that matter how can I format the hard drive after installing XP.FDISK will no longer work.Is there soft ware to low level format 30 gig hard drives now? HELP!

Partition magic will allow to change the format to fat 32 and any other partition type you can mention, you can also try using the xp setup prog and try to change the partition type from there
