need help with sms pins please!!!

i was going to sell a sms pin to dude were's my camel, but i had the message: "Sorry, due to suspicious billing activity, your account is blocked from making telebilling transactions" appear.

does that mean my phone has been blocked from subscribing, or does it mean camels account cant use anymore pins?

someone please help us!

u can only have like 3 or 4 pbp or pbt from ur phone at once u gotta cancel one of them i think
