I\'ve recently installed my win 2k but have a conflict going to standby or hibernate with my netgear card. It tells me that the card won\'t let me put in standby. Help?

You probably need to install newer drivers.  What nic do you have?  I have a Netgear FA310TX (pretty common model) and it worked fine (never tried with older drivers though).

I think it is the same, I tried reinstalling and you know what\'s funny it worked one time and then it started failing. I\'m going to end up formatting my drive so I can start fresh. I\'m hoping that will fix that also. I upgraded from 98 to 2k.
