1. Introduction
Hello, my name is mobmager. A while ago, I wrote this guide for my clanmates
and it encouraged some to start a new warrior pure and follow this advice. Since
they liked it so much, I decided that I'd share it with you. By following this guide,
you'll learn easy, fun tricks to getting your attack, strength, and defence up. This
guide also works for other types of warriors like strength pures, which in this case,
should simply ignore the defence training tips. It will point out great training spots
for F2P, along with pictures. Well, enjoy the guide!

2. Before you start
Before you set out to train your new warrior pure, you should try to gather up some
cash and buy some nessecary items. This will include armour and weapons of each
type of metal. Here is what you should have in your bank before you start training:
* Full Iron
* Full Steel
* Full Black
* Full Mithril *
* Full Adament *
* Iron Battleaxe
* Steel Battleaxe
* Black Battleaxe
* Mithril Battleaxe
* Adament Battleaxe *
* Rune Battleaxe *
* Not nessecary, but good if you have the cash
The reason full rune isn't included is that it's not nessecary for quite a while, plus
it's high price makes it very hard to get for a character that still needs 39 more
defence levels to wear it. The weapon, however, is much cheaper and can be
bought easily, so it is included. Feel free to replace the battleaxes with any other
weapon of your preference. To help you decide, here's a short summary of all the
weapons. The speed ratings go like this; Very Slow ~ Slow ~ Medium ~ Quick ~

3. Training levels 1-20
Now that you have your nessecary materials, you're ready to start training. Equip
your full iron and head to one of these spots. I strongly recommend the training
dummies at first over all other spots. The ratings go from 1-10, 1 being the worst
and 10 being the best.
Rating: 7.8
These training dummies allow you to keep whacking away at them until you're attack is
at level 8. They give 5exp per hit, when it's usually 4exp per damage. However, you can
only train attack, not strength or defence. Also, there's no drops for your effort.
Rating: 6.7
Chickens can't hurt you, so they are good experience for strength pures and other warriors
with low defence. They only have 3HP, so you'll only get 12exp per chicken. They drop feathers
in groups of 5s, 10s, and 15s that can be sold for up to 10gp each if you find a good buyer.
You can also cook the raw chicken for some training food.
Rating: 7.2
This cow field is smaller than the one in Lumbridge, but it's less populated, so more cows to
kill. Cows have a small amount of HP, but good experience and decent drops - you can
sometimes sell the cowhides for about 150gp each! Cows can hit up to 2 damage at a time,
so cook the meat it drops afterwards.
Rating: 6.9
Goblins can hurt you, but of all the training places so far, they have the best drops. They can
drop small amounts of coins, bronze square shields, and goblin mail that can be sold to the
general shop for 15gp each. They have no cookable drops, so be aware of your HP.

4. Training levels 20-40
Now that you can weild a mithril weapon and wear mithril armour, you're ready to
face off against tougher foes with greater drops. For some of these, you may need
some food, so 25+ fishing level is recommended. Of course, you can always buy
your food off of another fisherman if you have the cash.
Rating: 6.5
Guards are tough customers for low-levels, but with the proper armour and defence, you'll be
able to endure them. They drop mithril and steel arrows, as well as up to 30gp and a few runes.
All guard spawn areas are fairly populated, but Varrock castle has the most guards. You may
need to bring some food - trout is recommended.
Rating: 7.0
There are plenty of barbarians here for you to slaughter, with some decent drops. They can
leave behind runes, coins, and axes. The best part is that on the tables, cooked meat spawns
for you to heal with. The only downside is that many people like to train here as well. However,
it's multi-combat, so if someone attacks a barbarian before you, you can attack it as well.
Rating: 8.8
Here's a great place to train. Hill giants have a large amount of HP and great drops. Instead of
bones, they drop big bones, which can sell for 300gp each! They also leave pieces of iron and
steel, with a few runes and arrows now and then. One of my personal favourites. The downside
is that you'll need a brass key to get in, and it's not easy to obtain. You may just have to stand
outside saying "Buying brass key!". 5-10 salmon is recommended for low-levels.

4. Training levels 40-50
At last, we reach the final F2P stage, where you can finally equip your rune weapon
and armour and take on RuneScape's finest warriors. However, by this time, you
may have become a member already. Since this is a F2P guide, you may just want
to go off and explore new P2P training spots. If not, here's some more areas you
may want to check out.
Rating: 8.7
Another great training area. The dark wizards have low HP and cast wind-earth strikes as well
as weakens. Not too tough, so why hold off until you're in your 40s? Safety, that's why. Way
too many people have died and lost their valuable armour and weapons because they have
been attacked by the level 20 Dark Wizards, and couldn't quite get away in time. Dark Wizards
drop all sorts of runes, and are a great source of cash. With mage robes on, you probably
won't need food if you stick to the level 7s. After a while, go and sell the runes to Aubury for
some good money.
Rating: 8.8
This is still a great place to train, even at your newly reached level. The items may not be so
valuable to you anymore, but the experience helps. With full rune on, you probably won't need
any food, but bring a few trout just in case.
