Using Windows 2000 Adv Server OEM on Soyo SY6BA IV Motherboard with HPT 366 HD controller driver. Bought a Soyo Pent 4 P4S motherboard with a HPT (Embedded Hipoint 372 IDE RAID , chip provide ATA 133 IDE RAID 0,1,0+1). Tried moving the Maxtor 92048U8 20GB hard drive to new motherboard and get blue screen of death. Can anyone tell me how to upgrade without a reinstall of Win2K.
