Memory Break-in

I always do a rigorous breakin on memory.  I use Samsung chip dimms.  These are fairly cheap, and break in very well.  I\'ve refined my methods for DDR memory as follows:
Run Memtest 86 for 12 hours on SPD timings.  Without letting the memory rest, adjust the timings and FSB as high as you can and still have stability at 2-5-2-2-1.  Test for stability by running the first 7 Memtest tests without errors.  Memory breakin does not work if the memory is run beyond stablity.  Run Memtest for 12 hours.  Adjust FSB up again with same timings, test for stability, and run for 12 more hours.  Adjust again, test for stability, and then run SisSoft Sandra burn in, with Memory Bandwidth only, for at least 12 more hours.  With Samsung chips, this method should add 30 mhz to the memory bandwidth for PC2700, or PC2100.  With PC3200 the results aren\'t as spectacular.  I cool my memory with copper memory heatsinks.
