humm.. i got the epox 8kta3+ raid version, and im running it on a 1 gig axia chip.. she runs fine up to 150 fsb (300)
-the voiltage reading i wouldnt worry about mate... i doubt its that accurate, adn i found every time i flashed my bios, the tempreture went up... just install a tempreture monitor like the VHM to make sure your processor aint running too hot.
- ive found the system northbridge fan to also be [censored]e. mine is about 6 months old and kept stopping, which caused my lockups. ive replaced it and havent crashed since.
-make sure your giving ti plenty of voltage to the core and make sure your coolinmg can handle it
get a good coolerr (i use the silent flower cooler from
www.queitpc.com - and recommend that, unless you like noise.....)
also, it could be any one of your components causing the problem, so go back to basics and remove EVERYTHING
get it running, and monitoring and increase stuff slowly until it fails

- you might want to update the bios aswell, when i updated mine, i gainned extra features to control the ram, like cas2/3 selection etc, as well as extra performance, and clock settings

- are you sure its not a windows problem ? - you might want to check for patches... i run win2k which is fine, but i know that one windows OS had a problem with timing on processors running over 1.3ghz.. i think it was win98 (-PAH) so maybe its that...
- as for having startup trouble until the cmos is reset, i had that aswell, but now running the latest bios, everything is cool and the gong
