Sorry for the delay, can you do the following
Do a "System scan only" with Hijackthis and put a check next to these entries:

O21 - SSODL: CGCJBGF0 - {54A91379-7561-4A4C-1A92-3FDC441E77A9} - (no file)
O21 - SSODL: mtklefap - {9F134F2D-E668-4D0F-78B0-9287E79566C5} - (no file)


After you have ticked the above entries, close All other open windows
Including this one
Leave Hijackthis open and click FIX CHECKED
OK the prompt and exit Hijackthis

Reboot your computer

Back in Windows

Can you post a fresh hijackthis log please

Also, Please supply an uninstall list from Hijackthis
Open Hijackthis>>Open MISC TOOLS SECTION>>Open UNINSTALL MANAGER
Click the SAVE LIST... button
Save the list to your desktop then copy>>Paste back here the Whole contents

Did you have Norman Antivirus or Norman Internet security installed?

I had Norman before , but i hv uninstalled it , few months ago .
So my com doesnt hv any big problem right ? Luckily ...

We Should update your version of Sun Java to plug up security holes that malware can exploit
==Download the latest version of  Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 5.0 Update 9
  • Scroll down to where it says "The J2SE Runtime Environment (JRE) allows end-users to run Java applications".
  • Click the "Download" button to the right.
  • Check the box that says: "Accept License Agreement[/i]".
  • The page will refresh.
  • Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation Multi-language
Save the file to your Desktop.
Don't install it yet

Access your add/remove programs and remove older versions of Java
Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2
Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_01

Go to START>>RUN>>type in
services.msc
Hit OK
In the new window that opens, look on the right hand side for this service name
Norman API-hooking helper

Double click on it, it the startup type dropdown menu box
Select Disabled
Apply it and OK then
Restart your computer

Back in Windows
Go to START>>RUN, type in cmd
Hit OK
At the prompt type the following

sc delete NipSvc
Hit Enter on your keyboard
Exit out of there

At this time, double click on the installer to install the latest version of Java
Follow the prompts, after installation you can delete the installer from desktop

Post back one last hijackthis log and let me now how things are running
