ok i got it. i made my own boot screen using photoshop 6. i used
http://www.thetechguide.com/howto/xpbootlogo/ as a reference to going throught it. ill try to explain as best i can. follow the instructions exactly how it says, and if u want to use photoshop dl the 16.act from the link and save it somewhere you can find it easy. Now the tricky part. Open the bmp in photoshop and it should it a black screen. Go to Image>Mode>Color Table. Click load, and load the 16.act or whatever you saved it as. it should then show you the bmp. You have to do that for each bmp for them to show. then continue with the instructions on the site and it will all work fine. gl hf.
