need standard paint program

i dont have much but please i animate and mine is gone and i cant find it and it cannot be restored w/o a system restore which would delete stuff i got for it...plz help if necesary i dunno wut i can do but i might be able to get some money for u in rs2 or maybe make u a sig.

Bought a pin and ranger from faith king: SCAMMED, we tried 50 50, he scammed me, wrong info

Sold a lvl 88 beserker pure to str1ke ninja: Smooth

Sold a lvl 101 main someone, didn't know their ttg name: Smooth

bought a maul pure for a lv 96 from this guy lol: went smoothly

quitting runescpae finally and selling all accounts and items for paypal

i sell mills 1m=4.50$

idk...nvm il just search for it online ...i quit runescape awhile ago so im broke i gave away my lvl 90 and my 47m to a friend...il make u an animated sig if u want for it but itd have to be after i get it...
