i get a error everytime i try to download add ons, plugins

i get this error everytime i try to download and install all typers of plugins for firefox, i tried clearing my cache, and cookies and i disabled all my addons but i still get the error.


any ideas?

Yeah, i still get it but it is only  a problem if i download the plugin from a different site. eg. downloading plugins and add ons from getfirefox.org works perfectly.

I thought this was more a problem installing Java
from the pic that you posted
Are you installing the full version of Java?

What other sites are you having problems with when it comes to installing addons?

Do you want to post your own logs from FRST?

every site, and i noticed that my java doesnt properly function in my browser.....as in some pages just dont load and they remain a blank screen.

This may just be a permission problem
Is this windows Vista?

Can you close Firefox
Then right click on the Firefox icon on desktop and select "Run as administrator"

Does that help?

nevermind, fixed the problem http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':P\' /> i blocked some features that belong to firefox probably....disabled kaspersky works. Thanks though
