The configuratation i have is :

Main computer :

windows xp ( updated)
Ip: 192.168.0.1
the remote assitence turned on
a modem wich shares the internet to the client computer with the intern option ics in windows wich is nat.

client computer

windows xp ( updated)
Ip: 192.168.0.2
the remote assitence turned on

The prob is how can i log on the from outside individual when i have to use the same ip ?

And the second question is i whant to use a ftp server on the client computer ( Bulletproff ftp server ) but i can\'t seem to make it work i can loog internal but no one else can log on it. I have open the port 21 in the connection settings but nothing.
Why ? What am i donin Wrong?

You have to set up a port redirection on your router to point all data comming in on port 21 to 192.168.0.1 (or whatever computer the ftp server is on) I would assume the same holds true with the remote assistance program.  Something you mght wanna know if you have XP Professional.  Terminal Services come installed AND TURNED ON with NO password for ADMINISTRATOR.  What this means for the non tech minded, anyone can log into your computer and use it without you even knowing.
