Buying Rune Pure or Mage Pure

Okay, so I want a Mage Pure or a Rune Pure.  I want them pre-made, as the whole purpose is so I don't have to train it much or at all.  The Mage should be 94 mage+ and pretty low combat.  The Rune Pure should have most of the major quests done and have pretty low combat.  I will pay better if the Rune Pure has 94+ Mage, but I'm really looking for a Mage Pure.  I am new to this site, but I don't scam, and am pretty flexible on the pricing.
