He offers a psp with like 3 games, a screen protector and other crap for a 2m account.  Yet, he rufuses to use a mm or tell me his address.  He insists that I give him the account name and password first and then he will ship it... To show me he wasn't scamming he proceeds to show me his "daughter" on webcam, some blonde girl jumping around for 2 minutes, then I ask to see him on webcam because it could just be a 10 year olds sister... He waits a few minutes blameing it on lag, asks if it's ok to show a pic, then shows a foggy webcam picture for a half second....

I am not "caps lock", apparently he copied my name from runescape, and used it on this forum.  If you look on rs highscores, caps lock and c4p5 l0ck are two different accounts.
