I still like the blue, but the new TechGuide skin looks ok

its cool but i think it would be incredibly awesome, and pretty unneccisary, to have it so when u scroll over the names of the forum that the bar turns a dark color and has light text

The old skin is still there, just select TheTechGuideTemp.

If you don't ever select a skin, then whenever I change the default, that's what you're going to use until you select another one.

If you like the current default skin and want to actually select it, then you need to go and select a different skin, then select the default skin (currently TheTechGuide).  Now if I add a new skin as the default skin, you'll still be using the one you selected (unless I remove that skin).
