Computer Problems :/

Well recently my computers been going extremely slow and making very strange noises in the CPU. It has come to the point sometimes where it locks me out. I did have a virus which i believe was in a Limewire download (brothers friend, hell never do it again http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'\' />) any help would be good. P.S i have recently tried diffrent network conection speed programs and also have a range of anti malware, spyware and adware as well as an anti virus and firewall all of which coinsist with each other.

That really depends how well they play together, depending on what parts of each program are running and installed
It's not a good idea to run more than one active AV or software Firewall at the same time
They can cause conflicts with each other and cause system instablilities

I did have a virus which i believe was in a Limewire download

Download this file - Combofix.exe and save it too desktop
Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you.
Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

Couldnt find an edit button around but id just add this little detail that when i came back today and i went to reboot it started to dump physical memory because of a problem with 'ati2dvag.dll'. This has only happened 3 or 4 times over the past 5 months if that and i thought nothign of it but these dumps also co-ord with the strange reading noises coming from my Cpu, again i thought 'Old Age'. I searched and found that most of the time this error coesponds with a regitry mess up and so i downloaded a one 'Regcure' and scanned my PC, in which i found 1017 errors in a number of areas(Screen Shot Below).



Is it worth me registering $30 to fix these and is there an easyer, cheaper or more effective way of doing this. Just in case this is anything to do with my current problem.
