weird problem plz help.
« on: February 19, 2007, 07:50:23 PM »
This is kinda hard to explain do to my limited vocabulary so plz bare with me.

Okay here we go.I'm having this very weird problem where my  windows task manger won't show my  CPU usage(and  histor),My PF usage(and history) and my local area connection.U know when u usually see this "stuff" a line goes up or down... but with me it's like it's frozen or something. It(my computer) is acting rather slow when it's not suppose to.Another werid thing is ..my computer isn't froezn either. From the looks of it, my task manager is frozen somehow and I tried restarting with no luck.I dunno how to explain this. *lol*

here's a picture of what i'm talking about.

http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y55/alucardxxx/wtf-1.jpg

U see how u don't see any lines? No matter how long i wait it won't show and lines.

Edit:I think it may have something to do with me scanning for Viruses or something and i deleted like 14 files with Kaspersky.Could that be it?

Here's what the scanner found and i deleted.

Download Hijackthis 1.99.1 from my signature below
SAVE it to your desktop

Double click on hijackthis_sfx.exe on desktop
Click the UNZIP button>>OK the prompt
This will self extract to C:\Program Files\HijackThis
Delete hijackthis_sfx.exe from desktop

Go to START>>RUN
Copy>>paste the following to the open field, then hit OK
%systemdrive%\Program Files\HijackThis
This will open the Hijackthis folder
RIGHT CLICK on Hijackthis.exe and select SEND TO>>Desktop (create shortcut)
You can now run Hijackthis.exe from the new shortcut placed on your desktop

Do a "SCAN and Save a Log file"
A log will open in Notepad
Copy and paste the WHOLE contents of the log  here
