EMERGENCY! I NEED HELP!

This black box pops up every 15minutes and has a bunch of coding in it, so im figuring its a keylogger. The person changed pass, set new recovs, deleted bank pin, and luckily i got on before any of those things got set his way. I need advise how to get rid of it. Please ttg!, help me get rid of this keylogger~

use ad-aware and scan your comp and then delete all the viruses. Type it in on google and go to the download.com 1

I even found the directory where all my text has gone. Luckily the recovery form is protected and I can see that my answers are not there. Anywayz, is there any garantee this will work?

guarantee what will work? the anti virus stuff? well i mean u might as well try since if u dont ur [censored]ed, but im pretty sure it worked, helped a couple of my friends who were stupid enough to get keylogged *cough*kmuk*cough*

thought the last thing to do is to format your hard disk that has the os and the reinstall the os .. so that its fresh and new .. you might want to backup any imp data along the way in maybe your other drive .. although a huge step .. this works 99.9% of the time ..

ive downloaded ad-aware, im in the process of scanning my first time, and the field that says x Registry Keys Found says 98, does that mean i am infected with 98 keyloggers?!?!

no it means they found 98 things they want gone, not all are neccisarilly keyloggers, alothough there is a chance u could but i doubt it

theres an easier way

go to help and support and select restore computer to a past date

pick a date which didnt have the key logger downloaded, it should work, worked for me, then scan ur comp to be sure

Lol what do you think this is? Were in the 21st century, you can't just restore your comp to a previous date and expect the keylogger to be gone you know.. If it was that easy your better off deleting the keylogger manually which i doubt is possible..

Anyways i would highly recommend formatting your hardrive as that does the job, i know this because i always have to do it due to porn viruses.. -.-

My comp wouldnt allow me to restore computer, and the box is STILL coming back up after i deleted all viruses from ad-aware... so how do i do what youre talking about?
