when sm0gmonsta got banned for scamming...he got an IP ban...and since sm0g and rza1 live in the same city and use the same ISP...something about the ISP they use made it to where they had the same IP adress (dont ask me...its all technical and stuff  http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/huh.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':huh:\' />
