Hey guys. I have a few ideas for ya.
1. Yahoo and Google have the ads for when you search on their website.
Google calls it AdWords. Yahoo - you have to search advertise on yahoo.
Pay a few dollars, and everyone gets to see your ad when they search the keywords.
2. Facebook. If you have an account on facebook, you can scroll down to the bottom and click advertise.
There you can select to post flyers. I go to Portland State, and seriously, NO JOKE, I checked my site
