I know a lot of you on here just can't wait to sell your accounts, but please post the following with your thread before trying to sell:
1.)*PICTURE* of stats. This helps make sure you are the actual owner of the account. It helps if take a picture of the full window, type in something in the chat box to verify that it is truly you on the account, then block out any names on the public *and* private chat. This helps to make sure you don't get caught. Also, you are advised to randomly block a digit or so on one to three random stats. This also keeps you from getting caught.
2.)*PICTURE* of no recovery questions or bank pin. I don't want any of the "Ill post it later" crap. Post them in your original thread post. No one should buy an account if it has recoveries or a bank pin, so don't expect to find a buyer unless they're a noob. The MM will verify this as well, so if you lie, you'll be found out pretty easy. All you have to do is take a picture of the screen that appears when you login to your account in game. Be sure to censor out your IP.
3.)*PICTURE* of number of blackmarks on the account. I know a lot of people don't do this, but this helps people out a lot when people are trying to buy an account. Youre basically screwed over buying an account with 9/10 blackmarks because the IP change might set it off...Also, a lot of people like to buy accounts with 0/10 blackmarks for the chance at being a player mod. Little things like this help in a sale. In case you don't know how to do this, just go to appeal an offence/ban on the main page. It will tell you if you have any. Be sure to censor out the name that will appear with "You are logged in as accountname" at the top of the page.
As you can see, pictures are very important.
Sorry about posting this here, but guys, Im sick of all these people with 2 or 3 posts coming on this forum, saying theyre selling an account, and don't post any pictures that can prove anything. For instance, a guy was saying he was selling a level 90 and 91. He didnt even begin to post pictures until much later (and the pictures turned out to be from MoparScape). You better not expect to be able to sell an account without pictures.
If you want, you can cut the stuff out of my post and attach into another "read before posting" or "something of that sort" thread. I just want the information to get out there.
