1 - 99 Range (I do not care about Range at all)
1 - 31 Prayer (Will pay a bit more for 1).
1 - 99 Magic (The higher, the more I will pay).
No Bank Pin & No Recoveries
Would Prefer

70 Magic
That is like the account I would like.
Please, nothing to expensive. As I can not afford that much. But I can afford a decent price for an account like that.
