i bought an acc and now i need HELP

So i bought 1 pure from meg2 - 700k but after some days like 7 days or something jagex locked it cuz they think it has been stolen.

i know recoverys + pass he gave me on trade and the new pass i changed to

i have already sent message to jagex but they say they need ip adress and localization is it possible to get it from this site his ip address and stuff ??

cuz he is off and im still w8ing for him for like 2-3 weeks cant w8 more cuz i dont even know if he is comming here again or to msn.

1.Start>Run>type in(ipconfig)>and there you go.
