99 - Rune gloves. Monkey madness. Most stat\quest requirements are done for desert treasure, maybe 2 more stats or so, and 1 more quest.
104- Dragon gloves. Only need quest points to get barrows, maybe 10 quests or so. Desert treasure done, monkey madness done. Has unlimited membership, read picture. I can remove the subscription to the membership if you are afraid of anything happening to you legally, personally I don't think that's a problem as the person hacked me in the first place and put it on there himself and no request was made to take it off.
