Well i dont think your ready not saying your not trustworthy or anything but you certainly havent prooven yourself here on the forums.
You've had 1 transaction which was unsuccesful, 72 posts and you've been here barely 1 month ( i know its the min. requirement but give it a bit longer and you'll stand a better chance)

I recommend you come back once you been here longer got a few more posts and alot more successful transactions.
