Is dog_of_j2 an imposter/scammer?

According to elvemage, he told me dog_of_j2 is an imposter and I shouldn't trade with him. Though one person's word isn't enough, can someone please tell me?

Who know's now a days i wouldn't even use ttg any more seems like everyone is a scammer, including trusted people and mm's

ttg_forum_ownage - supposed to train acct. payed half up front, never trained kept money.

Hmm I really don't know. Oh well, I won't just take one person's word so i'm not going to assume he is a scammer.
