Need help with moparscape!!! Please Help Me.

I need help with editing my moparscape server. I need help with the NPCs, they just walk through walls and other objects. And when I try to trade an Bow and Arrow Salesman it will disconnect meq. (Not Lowe) The name of it is Bow and Arrow Salesman, and also the Fish Monger.

Also I need help adding commands.
