2nd error said Theinstallation source path for the product is not available

Download>>install the Windows Installer Cleanup utility

After installation> Go to START>>All Programs>>Windows Cleanup utility
Highlight only Itunes and Remove it

Do you see either EA or BF2 in the list?
Probably not, but check to ensure

Download: CCleaner (freeware)

Run the installer, and uncheck the option to install Yahoo toolbar when and if you are prompted
Once installed, run CCleaner
Next: click Options click the Advanced button
Uncheck: "Only delete files in Windows temp folders older than 48 hrs."
If you take a look in the OPTIONS>>COOKIES
You can also keep to the COOKIES KEEP SIDE the ones you prefer
NEXT: Click the Cleaner
Then click Run Cleaner (bottom right)
OK the prompt, let it finish

Select TOOLS
Highlight bf2142 and try and uninstall, if it won't uninstall
Remove from list

I don't usually recommend registry cleaners
But in this case, also click the REGISTRY button
Click the "REGISTRY" >>Click "SCAN FOR ISSUES"
Let it complete and ensure to make backup


Let it scour your drive
Ensure to keep backup

Restart the computer
Let me know how everything's running the we'll deal with the stuff you don't need on startup

Now please explain start up. I use mirc Ventrilo and Steam for the most part. Now say I disable everything else. What does that mean if we set it up like that. Another words I'm looking to be able to save as much resorces for my game as possible.

QUESTION. Since I have Spybot search and destroy that has a program feature similar to the above can I just use that to tick start up items?

STARTER is far more advanced that Spybon tool to control startup entries

But if that is what you prefer, by all means, use it
