oem winme

Has anyone been able to disable the check in an oem edition of windows me?  I have one from dell that is not being used and I would like to install it on another pc.  But I haven\'t been able to because of the lock.  Anyone know how to crack it?  Please let me know.

start... task....expand control panel.....close
start .. task....control panel .. disable that you want

i know that on win 2000, there is a file "bcheck" or somenthing like that under i386, maybe there is one under winme folder. just deleted.
