Is there anyway that i could over clock my dual-core processor?
i have a pentium d, at 2.8 ghz, plenty of cooling
i want it faster because i just put in 3 gigs of ram and need m processor a bit faster

Pentium D's Are like low end HT P4's... They are practically the same.. But one is single core and requires less Volts... I suggest you sell 1 gb of ram and that crappy Pentium D and buy a C2D... You can actually do something with a core 2 duo.. its just stupid to have a pentium D... Since I assume you bought the ram for gaming... the pentium D will drag you down at least 20-30 fps compared to a C2D
