\"Someone who didn\'t know better\".
They must have some knowledge of a pc to change a password , and they also must know your password in order to be able to change it ,
The only thing I can advice  is to reformat , and reinstall your operating system with the original cdrom .

You can use ERD Commander 2002 from http://www.winternals.com/. This will recover any admin password on the local machine. Very good tool for exactly this purpose.

actually guys its was easier than i thought....just boot to safe mode...and change the admin account back....

as far as \"someone who didnt know better\"
i didnt originally have a password for the admin account...so anyone could access it.....unfortunatly they wanted to make their own account...and in the process changed things around so i couldnt access my own account....

anyway
thanks for your help guys...
