Help, have a couple questions about vista

Oh, I hope someone can help me here.  I have vista and it seems to have a skipping problem.  My audio gets stuck in a continuous loop, like 3 or 4 notes, and I have to reboot to make it stop.  Does someone know how to fix this short of uninstalling vista, as I am starting to get the hang of it, plus it will void my warranty if I change it.
My other question is this, does anyone know anything about Eusing Registry Cleaner?  I installed it and just want to make sure it really works.  It just seemed odd that after taking 6 minutes to scan my pc, it took the push of a button to supposedly clean it.  I download alot, and I mean alot of games, play them for the free hour and then uninstall them.
I'm not an in depth techie, but I know a little.  this is what it says on the front of my tower:

Ok, one other thing.  I need a driver that will run on my pc for an E Vision 123 Dual Mode 640x480 digital camera.  They say they didn't write one for vista, is it possible to use a generic driver, or is there someone here who can write one for me.  Thanx for all your help, I just love picking brains.

Can you repost your Hijackthis log
Run a fresh scan>>save logfile
When the log opens, click on FORMAT>>Uncheck Word Wrap
Then  copy>paste it back here

That should eliminate the Spaces in the log
