What Tha Outlaw is asking you to do is normal in a trade. Meeting in runescape to verify that you have the acount, I cant see how you could get paranoid about that, for example if he did buy the acount and logged in, guess what...he gets to see your ip address which COULD lead to him tracking down the location where you logged in (read the capz lock 'could'). If you are that worried about meeting someone in a video game then go back to your bubble =P jking....
If you look at post count and past references Outlaw has you beat, this will be your first transaction and your post count at time of me wasting my time writing this is '9' while his is,well its a shtload more then urz, and he has completed offers which you could find evidence of around this fourm. Some advice...your asking price for the characters is insane. You are asking for around 350 USD + (i know you said it was negotiable). Let me provide you with an example of a transaction i did....real quick...Okay i sent 80 USD in the mail to some random guy who could have easily just said he never saw the money for a lvl 50 cb 10 hp skiller with 99 magic blue mask and tonz more. So... i got a char that was definetly better then the char you are attempting to sell atm for much smaller amount.(more to say on that topic if you ever actualy read this far...)
