Well getting a whip in low lvl bh fails, especially without prayer. You will lose the whip. Also, you should work on other skills instead of getting firemaking, cooking, fishing, and woodcutting up. 45 runecrafting is much more profitable than any of those skills. Another thing is try to make cb 60-65, because in members low lvl bounty hunter goes up to lvl 67.
