Ntdll - Win XP

1 out of three times i boot into xp i get this error.


STOP:C0000221 Unknown Hard Error
System RootSystem 32ntdll.dll

i sure that the file is not corrupt coz i can boot into xp 2 out three times.

it also rules out hardware incompatibility coz xp works on my comp.

Does anybody know wat the hell this is. I tried serchin the net but could not get any proper answers.

You have to replace the file or reinstall the os

my friend gave his ntdll.dll to me and i replced his with mine.

but his file size was 653 kb and was sp1

while my original file was 658 kb with out sp1.

but still xp works.

don know how but good 4 me.

Shldnt there be some sort of conflict.

They are both for  XP builds  , be happy they work , but why not install sp1 now.
Your system will be up to date ,more secure ,more compatible and more stable  .
