Computer Running Too Slow

Hi and thanx..

My 2 year old Dell with Windows XP is running way too slow,and having problems,page loads taking too long,programs slower than usual,cd burning taking longer

Not sure where you got dss.exe, but it's outdated, it may of been the last time you were here and never got back to me
Can you delete dss.exe

Then do the following please
Download [color=\"blue\"]random's system information tool (RSIT)[/color] by [color=\"#6600cc\"]random/random[/color] from >>[color=\"red\"]here[/color]<< and save it to your desktop.
  • Double click on RSIT.exe to launch program.
  • Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
  • Your firewall may alert you that RSIT is requesting Internet access. Please allow it.
  • Once it has finished, two logs will open:  log.txt[color=\"red\"]<-- this will be maximized[/color] and info.txt[color=\"red\"]<-- this will be minimized[/color].
Can you post Both those logs please

NOTE: If you get an error message posting either of those logs
Just Upload them in a reply box
