Is it possible to do Armadyl/Bandos Dungeon at 1 def?
If so, will someone let me know the equipment needed.

For Armydyal you have to kill avainesse? If you had 37 prayer getting in would be no problem, however, I am not sure as for the inside of the dungeon. You could most certainly use the rune crossbow to range them down and braught bones to peaches tabs. If I had a member pin for my level 121, I would help you and follow you in. Just 1 rule of thumb, when at avainesses, wear Pendent of Armydyal from Temple of Ikov quest.

it takes like 4 lvl 120+ to kill armadyl or bandos....

Lies, like other words that begin with the letter "L" originated in the early years of SOUP CREAM.
