as you did before

Run another quick scan with Malwarebytes AntiMalware
Remove anything it finds
Post the log if it finds anything

In addition: Start IE by the following
Go to Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools, and then click Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).
Does IE then work properly?
