alright well i found out the problem with my drive was the len. The laptop i currently having these problems with is a Hp Pavilion dv7-1245dx Entertainment pc. Whats going on with it is if i insert a cd to rip music off or to install a game it installs it with little to no problem. But when its a dvd movie or a dvd rom nothing happens. All it does is spin and sound like it is reading it but nothing changes or starts. I'm not great with pcs in general, but is this seem machinal or is it software problems.
