Go visit Symantec's website for removal instructions and a free removal tool. Have fun. However, if Norton antivirus doesn't detect anything, go to http://www.pcpitstop.com/antivirus/default.asp or www.housecall.antivirus.com and do a online virus scan. It may also be the MSBlast virus http://www.microsoft.com/security/incident/blast.asp

That system might have the virus on it, when I got the virus the first time, the patch wouldn't run and I had to go to a site and run a tool to remove it.
