Unable to connect to wireless

Hi,

I am unable to connect to any wireless networks...when I tried to connect using the Ethernet cable the internet works but not on wireless...the network is not a problem because other computers using the network are working fine...any ideas?

Sorry, I was away, how did you resolve this problem?
What operating system were you running, etc....??
