My problem is that Windows refuses to apply any refresh rate higher than 75Hz to my monitor. I am trying to apply 85Hz, but the refresh rate is still at 75Hz. Windows currently thinks my refresh rate is at 85Hz, but it is not. Why is that ? The refresh rate works fine under Windows 2000/XP.
