Smartsecurity Problem

I hope you can help me.  I have read several posts and have tried several remedies.  I did delete desktop.html and the red background with warning label is gone but I now have a blue background with only a Recycle bin and Internet Explorer.  I can not right click on the top of the screen.  Something appears but is gone quite fast.

Here is an HJT file after running HSFIX and Cleanup.  Thanks for any help.
