So what to do? This one is annoying. It crashes games and that happens like every 40 min.

And it have something to do whit "Service Control Manager" "netevent.dll", becose that happens when winlogon happens ...

I'm also seeing this same issue on a winXP box. I recently installed the MS Spyware software. I'm not sure if this is related.
