I've been up tryin to fix this thing forever, so i've givin up. I wanted to see what you guys think. Ok, I'm on a network of two computers. We use comcast cable. Well, my mother computer isin't connecting to it anymore, but the daughter computer is. Its been working for 2 years, but 2 days ago it decided to stop.. I dunno whats going on!!! Also the port on the mother computer says there is a link, but no activity, and both the cable modem box and the router says everything is perfectly fine.. What do you guys think? How can I fix this? http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\':(\' />  http://images.thetechguide.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/huh.gif\' class=\'bbc_emoticon\' alt=\'\' />

I would reload the NIC drivers for the NIC. If that still doesn't fix the problem I would go out and buy a 9-15 dollar NIC and see if that fixes the problem.
